January 2014 | Booktopia DVD Buzz
I've made a resolution for 2014. I've promised myself that every time someone tells me about a great movie or a must-see TV show, I'll make a note in my head. And when I find it on DVD I'm going to grab a copy, make time, and treat myself with a big night in (or even a big day in!).

January is the perfect time to start, as The Smurfs return with another huge adventure for the whole family, while everyone's favourite comedienne Tina Fey stars in the hilarious Admission.

For the action fans Jamie Foxx and Channing Tatum battle Australia's Jason Clarke in White House Down, not to mention the long-awaited Kick-Ass 2 is finally here! And for lovers of quality drama the award-winning second series of Redfern Now is here and I couldn't be happier, it's a remarkable achievement.

So put your feet up, check out this month's batch of DVD releases and think about making 2014 your year for movies.

Kind Regards
